SYSTEM OF A DOWN

     It’s a band, formed in 1992, by Serj Tankian and Daron Malakian, when they formed a garage band. They added Dave Hakopyan and Domingo Laranio to the band. In 1994, the band changed its name to System Of a Down and lost the bass and drums players, but got other two.

• SERJ TANKIAN

   

     Serj Adam Tankian was Born on 1967, August 21th, in Beirut, Lebanon. However, he moved to USA when he was seven and there he stayed. Tankian is ranked 26th in the Hit Parader's Top 100 Metal Vocalists of All Time.

• DARON MALAKIAN

     

    Daron Artie Malakian was Born in 1975, in Hollywood. He is a descendant of Armenians, however he is the only member who was born in the U.S.

• SHAVO ODADJIAN

     Shavarsh Robert Odadjian was Born in the city of Yerevan, Armenian SSR, in 1974. He is a designer, too: designated two albums layers. Moreover, he directed two videos of the band.

• JOHN DOLMAYAN

     

      John William Dolmayan was born in the city of Beirute, Lebanon, 1972. When he was five, his country was on a civil war. So, their parents decided to move to USA. John’s dad played sax, and he was the one who gave John the first musical influence.

RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS

     That’s an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1983. Anthony Kieds (long time vocalist) was Flea and Jack Irons' (former drummer) classmate, at Fairfax High School. Anthony wrote a poem that involved cool sentences and became a song. Based on the unexpected success of the song, they made it the name of the band: The Red Hot Chili Peppers.

• FLEA

     Michael Peter Balzary was Born on October16, 1962, was born in Burwood, Melbourne, Australia. He is known as a great bass player, but the first instrument he played was trumpet. He created, in 2001, the Silverlake Conservatory of Music, a non-profit music education organization.

• ANTHONY KIEDS

     Anthony Kieds was born on , November 1^st, 1962 in Michigan, USA. He has a long time journey that involves drugs, sex and the rock n’ roll of this great band.

• CHAD SMITH

     Chadwick Gaylord Smith was Born in 1961 on, October 25^th   He joined the band only in 1988, but he is still in the band till nowadays. He got one title in Guinness Book and he was considered the 87^th greatest drummer of all times.

• JOSH KLINGHOFFER

     Josh Adam Klinghoffer is a multi-instrumentalist, but in this band He plays rhythm and solo guitar. He joined the band in 2009, after John Frusciante left the band.
